Electrical systems

The Sluijmer house – also known as the smallest house in Utrecht – is an architectural gem and won the Rietveld Prize for good reason. The building is constructed from a steel construction with very limited space for electrical systems.

The challenge for Compass lay in getting rid of the electrical installation, so that it is not visible in the interior. Control and wiring of the lighting and the intercom (access control) are therefore concealed in the steel construction.
