One of Compass's largest customers is the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, in short Rijkswaterstaat. Most projects for this valued customer fall within the framework of the ‘Arriving at the destination together’ framework agreement. Our common goal is to achieve a smooth and safe flow of traffic. During the so-called ‘conversion weekends’, main roads are being closed off and traffic signs are being replaced. The success of these conversion weekends is in the preparation.We make sure we select the right partners and include them in our specific approach.
